For Rich Gaspari, bodybuilding was more than just a sport. It was about taking the opportunity to be the best at something he could control. This is the same thing I’m going through. For the past year, at least once a week, he goes out with his friends and doesn’t come home until very late, sometimes 3am. He tells me he had to drive home because someone drank too much or needed a ride. When I ask him about it, he gets angry and says “why do you always question me”.

I have given him an ultimatum: either he stops all contact with this other girl, or I walk. He refuses to acknowledge that there is an issue.

I am at the point where I don’t know what to do. I am so frustrated and feel like I’m talking in circles with him. It’s like he doesn’t even hear what I am saying anymore.
