Mini Pastry Recipe


Sometimes there is something missing with the tea. One of them is, of course, pastries. You can make it at home in a short time and enjoy it. Let’s start.


1 egg
2 tablespoons of yogurt
1 cup of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Half a pack of baking powder
small amount of salt
Cheese or anything else you want.
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons of mineral water


Take a large bowl to knead the dough. We break our egg and add our yogurt on it and mix it well. Then we add 1 glass of whole wheat flour and half a glass of corn flour. Add olive oil, baking powder and salt and knead well. Divide the dough we prepared into 12 equal parts. Of course, this number varies according to the amount of materials in it. We open the pieces we have divided with our hands and put our cheese or whatever we will put in it and close it tightly so that it does not overflow. We put the prepared pastries on the baking tray on which we put greaseproof paper. Whisk the egg yolk and mineral water well in a bowl to brush on it. We spread this mixture we prepared on the pastries with a brush. We bake in the oven we have set to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes and our pastries are ready. Bon Appetit.
