Fit Mosaic Cake Recipe

2 handfuls of dried apricots
3 tablespoons of tahini
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 handful of chopped almonds
2 tablespoons of blue poppy


First, we put water in a pot and put it on the stove and wait for it to boil. After boiling, we throw our dried apricots into it. Let it sit for a few minutes and strain the water. We throw our apricots, tahini, cocoa and cinnamon into the rondo and draw well. We take the mixture we have obtained in a bowl and add our almonds into it and mix. We shape the mixture we have obtained and arrange it on oiled paper. After arranging, we cover them with blue poppy. It doesn’t have to be a blue poppy. You can also use coconut.
