Jeremy Buendia Biography and Life
As a child, Jeremy Buendia was inspired by his father, who was an amateur bodybuilder. Jeremy Buendia has been very competitive since he was little. One of the main reasons for its success was that it was competitive. He first started sports with football. Despite being injured in his last season, he won great praise for his competitive spirit. He decided to quit football due to university preparation and injuries. Jeremy Buendia had more or less experience in bodybuilding. He started preparations, worked harder than ever, and took the stage a few months later. He participated in the 2008 INBF Capital City Natural Bodybuilding & Figure Championships and placed 6th. Jeremy Buendia was not used to losing so he decided to take a break from competitions and come back in a better way. Returning better after almost 2 years of practice, Jeremy Buendia won the 2010 Contra Costa Championship. From this moment he decided that bodybuilding was his way. He finished with an impressive 3rd place at the 2010 NPC California State Bodybuilding Championships and continued his preparations for more prestigious competitions. First, he placed second at the 2012 NPC California Governors Cup Championship and managed to win the NPC Excalibur that same year. After that, he began preparing for the 2013 NPC Amateur Grand Prix in Los Angeles, one of the toughest challenges he would ever face.
Needless to say, he won the show and also managed to take 1st place in the NPC Excalibur Championship. At this point, after winning some of his toughest shows, he set his sights on the Pro Card. Jeremy Buendia began gearing up for one of the biggest competitions, the 2013 NPC Junior USA Championship, and it didn’t take long for him to prove his full potential once again. After a few months of dieting and hard training at the gym, Buendia burst onto the scene with her incredibly muscular and muscular physique and won the show and earned her pro card and qualified to compete in the IFBB Professional League. Jeremy Buendia said that he knew that one day he would be among the best physiques in the world at Olympia and that he was able to officially fulfill his dream after getting his Pro card.
In 2013, Jeremy Buendia won the 2013 Men’s Physique Mr. He managed to achieve outstanding results by winning both the IFBB Greater Gulf States Pro and the IFBB Sacramento Pro before taking the stage at the Olympia. Jeremy Buendia said his loss disappointed him and said he was confident it wouldn’t happen again after coming in 2nd place. Unsurprisingly, he started 2014 by winning first place at the IFBB San Jose Pro and the 2014 Men’s Physique Mr. By winning the Olympia, he proved his determination and hard work to the world. Jeremy Buendia continued with 2 back-to-back Olympia wins, beating other rivals in both the 2015 and 2016 versions of the show and solidifying his place as the best Male Physique Mr. Olympia throughout 2015.
