Ingredients

1 teaspoon of mulberry flour
A teaspoon of almond powder
1 tablespoon of cocoa
One tablespoon of chia seeds
3 egg whites

Method

First, we separate our egg white into a bowl. After separating it, whisk it until it froths well. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well again. We leave our prepared mortar to rest for about 15 minutes. After resting, we shape it. We prepared 8 pieces. We bake in the oven set at 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
