Method

We cut half of the cauliflower we bought. Then we chop this half cauliflower into large pieces and wash it well. We ensure that the drugs on it are thoroughly purified. Then we pass these large pieces through the rondo and make them even smaller. We throw this shredded cauliflower into the pan and cook it until lightly browned. Add in our tomato paste and mix well. We add our spices one by one and mix well again. Then we put the mixture we prepared in a bowl. We chop our dill and parsley as finely as possible and add it.
