Ingredients

2.5 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 cup of molasses
1 tablespoon of coconut oil or olive oil
Almond
Hazelnut
Walnut
Dried fruits in your home

Method

We take a bowl and mix the whole wheat flour, baking powder and cocoa well in it. We pass the egg, oil and molasses through the robot. We mix the solid and liquid mixtures we have obtained with each other. We get a dough. We chop our dried fruits that we have kept in hot water into small pieces. We also chop our dried fruits coarsely with the help of a knife. And add it to the dough. We shape our dough into a cylinder and put it in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Then we take it out of the oven and cut it into slices and lay it on the oven wire. We put it back in the oven. Bake for another 8-10 minutes and leave to cool. You can enjoy it after it cools down.
