Chicken Wrap with Whole Wheat Tortilla Bread Recipe


Sometimes we crave incredibly new flavors or dishes we love so much. We are also in love with chicken pancakes or Wrap, whatever you want to call it, and we wanted to make it. When we did it, we decided it was very nice and wanted to share it with you. When you do, you will realize that it is more beautiful than most places. If you ask if it can be eaten on a diet, if you make it with whole wheat lavash, it can definitely be eaten in one meal. If you are eating by calculating calories, it may be more beneficial to eat half of it. We made for 3 people, I will write the materials accordingly. You can increase or decrease as you wish. One whole wheat lavash for one person
500 grams chicken breast
2 green peppers
2 red capia peppers
1 large onion
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil or vegetable oil
Salt, pepper, paprika, thyme


We chop our chicken and vegetables julienne. We take the oil in our pot or pan and add the chicken when the oil is slightly heated. (If the oil is not hot enough, the pan may become watery and the chicken may become too dry.)
When the chickens turn white, add the peppers and onions, let them cook and stir occasionally. We add the spices that are close to cooking and mix.
We leave our lavash on the mixture for a while to soften. Otherwise, the lavash may fall apart/tear while wrapping your wrap. In this way, the lavash is also delicious. We take our lavash and add 1/3 of the chicken mixture and add 2 slices of cheddar cheese on it. (We divided a slice of toast cheese into two, you can use it in light cheddar.) We keep it in the toaster for the last time; both our cheese melts and the lavash sticks in such a way that it cannot be opened. Delicious chicken wrap is ready. Bon Appetit.
