Fit Bagel Recipe

Today we come to you with a breakfast food that you crave. Bagel is something that everyone wants to see for breakfast and enjoys eating. However, people who want their diet not to be spoiled because of its calories, run away. We have brought you the recipe of the bagel with a little change. It was a really delicious recipe. I recommend everyone who sees it to try it. It is both oil-free and crunchy. One is about 150 calories. Let’s get started with our recipe.

1 cup of warm water
1 cup of warm milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 packets of instant yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Whole wheat flour as needed

molasses water mix
Sesame seeds, sunflower seeds etc.

We take a slightly large bowl so that it is easy for us to mix. Add 1 glass of water and 1 glass of milk into it and mix well. Then we add our sugar, yeast, salt and egg and mix well. While continuing the mixing process, gradually add flour as much as possible, paying attention to its consistency. Our flour should be whole wheat flour. It takes about 4-5 cups. After preparing our dough, we take it to rest for 15-20 minutes. After resting, we separate the dough piece by piece and open it a little with our hands. The reason for this is to put our inner material more comfortably. We put the material we want to put inside and close it. On the side, we prepare our molasses and water mixture. We find the bagels we have prepared first in the molasses-water mixture, then sesame, and we arrange them on the baking tray that we have covered with greaseproof paper. We bake them at 180 degrees until they are well browned and our crispy bagels are ready. Bon Appetit.
