Again, we are moving on from desserts, and the dessert we will describe today is a somewhat similar version of one of the chocolates that everyone loves very much. There is absolutely no use of refined sugar in it. It is a practical recipe and will go very well with your coffee at snack time. We removed 12 pieces in our recipe and the average calorie of one was around 120. I think everyone will like it and I’m moving on to our recipe.
Ingredients
For the cake;
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of honey
1 glass of water Milk
1/4 teaspoon olive oil
1.5 cups whole wheat flour
2 soup spoons of cocoa
1 packet of baking powder
For the caramel filling;
4 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of unsweetened peanut butter
Covering;
Sugar Free Chocolate
Method
We take a large bowl so that we can mix it easily. We break 2 eggs and add our honey, olive oil and milk to it and whisk until well mixed. Then we add 1.5 cups of whole wheat flour, 2 tablespoons of cocoa and 1 packet of baking powder to the mixture and mix well until there are no lumps. We pour the cake mortar that we have prepared into either rectangular bowl molds or my debt and throw it to bake. While they are cooking, we mix our honey and unsweetened peanut butter for our caramel filling on the side until they are identical. After our cake is baked, we take it and cut it so that the tops are flat. We apply the caramel filling that we have prepared on them. Finally, we spread our sugar-free chocolate, which we melted on the stove in a bain-marie method, to cover them completely. We keep them in the freezer until the chocolates are frozen and our allure-style cakes are ready. Bon Appetit.
