Chicken Meatballs Recipe


Low-fat protein sources such as chicken and turkey are mostly used from the Mediterranean diet. These are both low-calorie and high-protein foods. These foods are generally dry and tasteless. Like us, you can make them as meatballs and make them more delicious. This is a recipe I want everyone to try. Let’s start.


3 pieces of chicken breast
Half a bunch of parsley
1 onion
2-3 slices of dry bread
1 egg
Salt, black pepper, dried mint, thyme, cumin, garlic powder, red pepper powder
Half bottle of mineral water


First, we keep our 3 pieces of chicken breast in the freezer for a while. The reason for this is so that our breast can become ground beef more easily when pulled. We finely chop our breasts that we have kept in the freezer, throw them into the blender and grind them. Finely chop the parsley and onion. You can either crumble or grate our breads. We mix all the ingredients we have prepared and turn them into meatballs. We cook it in a heated pan until it turns golden brown.
