Sea Bass Salad Recipe


It will meet some of your protein needs and will be a really healthy salad. A salad with countless benefits. The recipe we will give is prepared for 4 people. You can increase or decrease as you wish. It is something up to you. Without further ado, let’s get started with our recipe.


4 sea bass fillets
A few sprigs of fresh rosemary
Half a lemon
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Lots of mixed mediterranean greens
1 red onion
2 red capia peppers
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses
Black pepper


First, we finely chop our rosemary and put it in a bowl. We squeeze half of our lemon and add it to our rosemary. We put salt, black pepper and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in this bowl and mix well. We find our sea bass well with this sauce and depending on your preference you can soak it for a few hours. We lay greaseproof paper on our oven wire and arrange our sea bass, which we have kept in sauce. We set our oven to 200 degrees and wait in the oven until it is nicely browned. We finely chop our Mediterranean greens, peppers and onions. We add our olive oil, lemon and pomegranate syrup on it. Thus, we prepare the bottom salad of the sea bass. We serve our sea bass with the salad we prepared. One serving will be around 280 calories. Bon Appetit.
