Buckwheat Lamb Collar Recipe


Since I think we give too many dessert and snack recipes, I wanted to make a change today and give a main meal recipe with meat. I really enjoy eating this recipe. I wanted to share this because I think you will like it too. It is not very low in calories, but of course you can eat it occasionally. Now let’s get started with our recipe.


lamb neck
1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
3 celery stalks
1 bowl of buckwheat


We put our pot on the stove. We put thyme in it and place the necks. Add garlic, black pepper, thyme and 1 tea glass of water on the necks. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours. While these are cooking, we finely chop our vegetables on one side. After the necks are cooked, we take them and put our vegetables in this pot. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. We add our buckwheat and turn it a little, add 2 bowls of water and close the lid. We cook until the water is absorbed. Our food is ready in a very delicious way. Bon Appetit.
