Method

First, we mash 3 bananas in a bowl with the help of a fork and mash them. Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to the banana. We beat 2 eggs. Add 1 glass of lactose-free milk to the mixture. In a separate bowl, we mix vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 teaspoon of cocoa, 1 glass of oat flour and 8 tablespoons of oats until they become identical.
