2 tablespoons of yogurt
5 tablespoons of whole wheat flour
1/4 green pepper or red capia pepper
2 cheddar slices
eye of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
We take a large bowl. First, we break our egg and pour our baking powder on it. We mix it well. Then we finely chop the pepper. Because it wouldn’t be nice to have a whole whole in the pastry. We take a small pan and put it on the stove over low heat. We grease the pan with a napkin because we don’t want our pastry to stick. We pour our mixture and close the lid of the pan. After waiting until the bottom is cooked, we turn it over and wait for it to cook on the other side. Do not open the lid constantly, this will prevent it from rising. After cooking, you can grate the cheddar on it or you can chop it with a knife and put it on. It gives a really nice flavor when it melts.
