1 cup boiled chickpeas
1 tablespoon oat flour / whole wheat flour
1 small onion
1 teaspoon salt, pepper, cumin
First, we soak our chickpeas in a little water and after taking them out of the water, we throw them into the pot to boil. While they are boiling, we finely chop our onion and parsley on the other side. After our chickpeas are boiled, we throw them in the rondo and we throw our onions on it and pass it through the rondo nicely. We take the mixture that comes out of the rondo into a bowl and put our eggs, parsley and spices on it and knead it well.
