It is everyone’s right to have a little getaway when you’re craving sweets. We have made a nice recipe to reduce them to slightly lower calories. It is a recipe that can be prepared easily even by people who do not like to be very interested in the kitchen. On average, the calorie value for a person is around 300. It is slightly lower than normal sweets. Now, without further ado, we can move on to our recipe.
Ingredients
For the crepe;
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons of whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon cocoa
For inside;
labneh
Caramel
(1 teaspoon of honey +1 teaspoon of unsweetened peanut butter)
Method
To prepare our mortar, we first break our egg in a bowl. After whisking well, we add the flour on it and mix it again so that there are no lumps. After making sure that it is well mixed, we add our cocoa and whisk it and set it aside. We heat the pan that we put on the stove. We pour the pancake batter or mortar, whatever you call it, in the middle of the pan with the help of a ladle. We cook it beautifully, with both sides and sides. How many you want to make is up to you. We made two. Then we put one crepe on top of the other and spread our labneh cheese inside. The last thing we will apply will be our caramel. Of course, we will also prepare it. We get our caramel by mixing 1 spoon of honey and 1 spoon of unsweetened peanut butter and we apply it as well. After applying, we fold the edges inwards and roll them. So the roll will look like a cake. That’s it for our recipe.
