However, when I first made this recipe and ate it, my perspective towards brussels sprouts changed. I started to eat heavily. This is a recipe that I think you should try. Let’s start.
Half a kilo of brussels sprouts
1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Aged cheddar or parmesan
Of course, the first thing we should do when starting each meal is to wash our vegetables well. After washing our Brussels sprouts, we leave them to steam for a very short time. After boiling, we crush and dry our brussels sprouts. We add our oils and spices and mix well. It’s up to you which spices you want to put in. You don’t necessarily have to put in what I put in. After adding our spices, we fry it in the oven at 180 degrees for an average of 15 minutes and then take it out. When we take it out, we grate our cheese on it and put it back in the oven.
