3 medium potatoes
Quarter bunch of parsley
1 clove of garlic
Salt

Method
First, we take a pot in which our potatoes will fit. We chop our potatoes small and throw them in our pot to boil. After it is boiled, we take it out of the pot and crush it. Then finely chop the parsley and garlic. After chopping, we add parsley, garlic, salt and spices into the mashed potato. After making these, we wait for our potatoes to solidify for 30-40 minutes because there is no flour in it. We take walnut-sized pieces from this mixture and shape it by crushing it with our hands. The last thing we need to do is to find sesame seeds and after we find them, we put them on the baking tray on which we have greased paper. We bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees until lightly browned. Our crispy potatoes are ready. I also prepare a spicy yoghurt sauce with garlic. You can try it this way too. Bon Appetit.
