Anllela Sagra Biography and Life
Anllela Sagra first started her career in fashion design, along with modeling. An extremely lean and muscular body was not desirable in the modeling world. However, while Anllela was at the gym, she met a personal trainer one day and said in her own words; “I met a trainer who would change my life forever, his knowledge and mentorship catalyzed the lifestyle I am living now.” During this period, Anllela stated that she learned more about the human body and how it adapted to new training styles. Anellela said: “My body was starting to respond to training.” As Anllela began to gain her love for weight training, she slowly walked away from her modeling career due to the ‘extra muscle’ she developed. In Anllela’s own words; “Many told me to stop training because I ‘hurt’ my body, but the passion I had for the life I started living was unbelievable.” Not wanting to pay attention to what others say around her, Anllela continued her fitness path. After gaining more confidence in the gym, she decided to enter her first fitness bikini competition.
