5 tablespoons of labneh
3 teaspoons cocoa
2 teaspoons of honey
1 ripe banana
60 gr 80% dark chocolate
Altınbaşak plain cracker


To prepare our cream, we pass our labneh, cocoa, honey and banana through the rondo and our cream is prepared. We apply the cream that we have prepared between our crackers and combine the two pairs. After combining, we put it in the freezer and wait. While they are waiting in the freezer, we melt the dark chocolate, which we will use to cover them, on the stove in a bain-marie method. We take out our crackers that we are sure they have cooled enough and cover them with dark chocolate that we have melted. After covering it with dark chocolate, we put it in the freezer again and let it sit for 20 minutes. We take it after the chocolates are frozen.
