We are here with a recipe that is both healthy and does not need to be cooked. We combined peanut butter with dates and a practical and delicious recipe came out. Desserts come first among the things that people who do sports crave, and we try to offer you as many fit dessert recipes as possible. This recipe is one of them. Let’s get started with our recipe.

5 tablespoons of oats
2 tablespoons of nutmeg
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
less than half a cup of milk

10 dates
3 tablespoons of unsweetened peanut butter
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of water
very little salt

Top Layer

80% dark chocolate

First, we throw our oats and coconut into the rondo and grind until they become flour. Take this flour in a bowl and add honey, coconut oil, milk and mix well. Thus, the bottom of our cookie is prepared. To prepare the caramel, we first soak our dates in hot water for 10 minutes. After waiting, we throw all the necessary materials to prepare the caramel into the rondo and grind it. It should take on a caramel consistency by itself. If not, we add a little water and it comes to a caramel consistency. We spread this caramel on the bottom bases we have prepared. For the top layer, we melt our dark chocolate in a bain-marie in our furnace. After melting the dark chocolate, pour it on top of the cookies. We keep it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour and our cookies are ready. Bon Appetit.
