4 small potatoes
1-1.5 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon of olive oil
The first thing you need to do is boil the potatoes. We put our water in our pot and throw my potatoes in it. While they are boiling, we finely chop our greens on the other side. The choice of greenery is entirely up to you. After our potatoes are boiled, we mash them with a fork. After crushing it, we add our spices, greens, flour, salt, baking powder and olive oil on it and knead it until it is well identified. After kneading, we break our egg into it and knead it well again. We divide our dough into two halves. Half will be the bottom layer and half will be the top layer. We open our half dough to be round. We arrange our cheddar on our dough, which is the bottom layer, and cover our other dough on it. We press the edges well so that there is no opening during cooking. Then we cut it into triangular pieces so that it would be easier to turn in the pan.
