1 egg yolk

Finally, we separate the dough prepared in our hands into small pieces and shape it. Then we roll it up and place it on the baking tray that we have covered with greaseproof paper. We apply one egg yolk on our pastries with the help of a brush. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Optionally, you can add curd cheese into the pastries while shaping them.
