If you’re craving pastries but you don’t want to spoil our diet, this recipe is for you. The pastries you buy from outside contain a high amount of flour and margarine. That’s why their calories are around 300-400. In this recipe we will give you, there will be an alternative and you can make it from time to time and consume it with pleasure. Let’s move on to our recipe.

1 egg
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons of yogurt
half a bunch of dill
Half a bunch of parsley
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2.5 cups whole wheat flour
half a teaspoon of salt
1 packet of baking powder

We take a large bowl so that it is easy for us to mix. We break one egg inside and add our olive oil and yoghurt on it and mix it well. Finely chop our dill and parsley and add to this mixture. We add our baking soda and salt to the mixture. We slowly add our flour to the mixture. It will be better for you to add flour until it thickens. Finally, we separate the dough prepared in our hands into small pieces and shape it. Then we roll it up and place it on the baking tray that we have covered with greaseproof paper. We apply one egg yolk on our pastries with the help of a brush. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Optionally, you can add curd cheese into the pastries while shaping them. Bon Appetit.
