Breon Ansley Biography and Life
Breon Ansley was born and raised in Rowland Heights, California. During his youth he loved to play a variety of sports, from football to tennis, from athletics to swimming. His main passion was football, which he excelled at. He played the defensive position for most of his school years and won a college scholarship for the State of Iowa. Unfortunately, that career was interrupted by an injury, but Breon was determined to stay fit and active when he left college. When Breon came back home, he knew he wanted to maintain his perfect physique and get a job. He began to look for work as an actor. He was successful in auditioning for major commercials. He has worked for brands like Mountain Dew, McDonalds, Samsung, Chevrolet, and Walgreen’s. While working as an actor, Breon remained committed to the fitness she gained in college. He was surrounded by a few friends who were bodybuilding and fitness experts, so it was only a matter of time before the gym seed was planted.
In 2008, Breon decided to become a personal trainer and help others achieve their fitness goals. While studying for his personal training qualification, he learned a lot about how his muscle groups work. He knew a lot about this topic since his football days, but now he knew exactly how to help others. While he trains clients at the gym, his friends have repeatedly told him that he has a competitive physique. Gradually, this incentive paid off, and Breon began working harder with the intention of posing in shows. After hard work, Breon quickly began to find success. In 2012, he made the top 3 on NPC shows three times. He won the NPC USA Championship in 2013, getting his pro card and starting a new career. In 2015, Breon took an entire year off to focus on a professional-grade physique. He was extremely impressed with his progress and was pleased that his strict diet was paying off. As a result of his hard work, he managed to move on to the IFBB classical physics department in 2016.
He took an impressive first place at the NPC Prestige Crystal Cup in Boca Raton, Florida, and showed the bodybuilding world what he’s capable of. To wrap up a hugely successful year, Breon placed 4th in the opening ceremony of the Olympia Classic. This proved that he is a real competitor and he was asked to compete in the most prestigious competition in the world, the 2017 Olympia. In preparation for this show, Breon managed to get into his best-ever lineup at the IFBB New York Pro.
