Ramon grew up in Portugal. When he first became interested in fitness, Ramon had no other hobbies due to domestic responsibilities. He discovered a gym within walking distance of his house and decided to go there to relieve his boredom.
But as he continued to build his body with training, Ramon became huge for his Male Physique class. So in 2017, he decided to switch to Classical Physics.
When Ramon Dino started his Classical Physics training, he had to increase the strength of his workouts. This meant bigger weights, more volume and less rest between sets. According to him, it is difficult, but not impracticable.
If he had to choose between compound movements and separation exercises, he would always choose compounds. Squat, deadlift and bench press are Ramon Rocha’s core moves.
