Egg Toast Recipe


We are here with a different version of egg toast, which is one of the indispensables of my breakfast. After you get this recipe, you should definitely try it the next morning. You can prepare it easily and with pleasure. With just one slice of joint, we’ll have a tremendous toast. Let’s go slowly to our recipe.


1 slice of whole wheat bread
1 egg
2-3 thin slices of cheddar
Finely Chopped Sausage


We open the bottom of our pan and heat it. Meanwhile, we take out the inside of the whole wheat bread and only the outer crust remains. Then we break our egg into a bowl and whisk it well. We put the outer shell that we have prepared in a lightly oiled and heated pan. After making sure that the pan is hot, we pour our beaten egg into the middle of this shell. Then we chop our pepper and sausage finely and pour them over our egg. Of course, we will not use all of the sausage and pepper. We use a small amount as we prepare it for one person. If you are preparing for more people, you can change the dimensions. After cooking for 3-4 minutes in this way, we add our cheddar slices and cover the bread that we took out at the beginning of the process on the cheddar and turn it upside down.
