Hadi Choopan was born in Sepidan County, Fars Province, located in the south of Iran in September of 1987. He was born into a very poor family that is the product of the financially struggling region they live in. These bad conditions forced Hadi to work at an early age. In addition to working in construction, he began to sell goods.

Despite his constant need for work, Choopan managed to develop an interest in bodybuilding. He began his journey of becoming a professional bodybuilder in 2000 at the age of 13. This process started with Choopan’s sarcastic poses in front of the family of other famous bodybuilders. He was initially rather feisty and messed around with jokes and pushed back from friends and family.

However, Hadi Choopan finally managed to gain some size and started to look like a bodybuilder. His first coach was Jamshid Owji in 2002. At that time, Jamshid only allowed Hadi to lift 5kg of weight due to her small physique. Still, Choopan would eventually get bigger and bigger.

As Choopan would stop training with Ne’mati, 2017 would begin the next chapter of his professional career. At this point, and continuing to progress, he would train with the world-famous Hany Rambod. Later, his career started to take a bigger leap forward. First time under Rambod’s tutelage in 2017 Mr. He managed to win a gold medal in the Olympia Amateur.
