Pumpkin Toast Recipe


We will suggest a toast that is extremely satisfying and low in calories for your breakfasts. You can easily find materials almost anywhere. It is a recipe that I think many people will include in their breakfast after learning.


1 medium zucchini
2 eggs
2 slices of cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon of cornmeal
very little salt


First, we break 2 eggs into a bowl. Then we grate the medium sized zucchini we bought finely. We need to squeeze the juice with cuttings. Then we grate 2 slices of cheddar cheese and add it to the egg we break. After adding our whole wheat and corn flour, we mix all the ingredients well. We pour half of the mixture we prepared on oiled paper and square it with the help of a spoon. After it becomes a square, we throw it in the toaster and cook it like a normal toast. Then we pour the remaining half on oiled paper and cook it as well. It may seem little at first, but it is a very satisfying toast. You can create a nice menu by eating olives, tea and greens with it.
