Orange Cookies Recipe

1 orange
1 small cup of honey
half a cup of olive oil
1.5-2 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1 packet of baking powder
2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips


First, we take our orange and cut it in half. Grate the rind of half an orange. We reserve some of the grated shells for decorations. Squeeze the juice of the orange that we cut in half. In a bowl, mix the orange juice, some of the peel, olive oil and honey well. Then we add cocoa, whole wheat flour and baking powder into this mixture and knead well. We break off small pieces from the dough we have prepared and shape it with our hands. We arrange the dough we have shaped in order on the baking tray on which we have laid greaseproof paper. We decorate them with chocolate chips and orange peels that we have separated. We bake in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes and our cookies are ready. Bon Appetit.
