Broccoli Soup Recipe

1 root broccoli
1 large onion
1 large potato
1 large carrot
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of milk
3 glasses of water


First, we put a pan on the stove. We put oil in our pan. Finely chop our onion and garlic until they start to get hot. We throw the finely chopped onion and garlic into the hot oil and sauté. Meanwhile, we chop our vegetables small and add them to our pan. Stir and saute for 1-2 minutes. We add our milk and water to this mixture and let it boil.
